We sometimes explains how flavors are exploding in our mouth when we eat something really nice. But how does that look like? Here's an audio visual installation by Schwartz Flavour Shots showing off the explosion of flavors one tastes with spices.
Tons of black pepper corns, cardamon, turmeric, paprika, cumin seeds, ginger, chili and coriander were placed in explosive bags. They were rigged to explode on certain notes.
Filmed by Chris Cairns and pyrotechnic designers Machine Shop, the idea was to explode certain spices on individual piano notes or chords.
