What do you think of smart underwear? Should lacy underwear be left alone? Not according to connected sex toy company
OhMiBod. They announced at CES, a pair of panties that can be controlled by a partner. Let the connected raunchy times begin!
The blueMotion massager will set you back $129, and it aims to give women pleasure with the help of an accompanying iOS or Android app. Vibrations can be controlled for solo play or by another user nearby. Essentially, the company is aiming to use technology to bring couples closer together, instead of driving them apart.
The concept was born from the spending-too-much-time on your phone phenomenon. Everyone is pretty familiar with this sort of setting these days. Couples look at their smartphones even when having romantic dinners.
The vibrator has a Bluetooth chip inside it, which slides into the front of the blue panty and will react to the remote app controls and take advantage of built-in smartphone features. The app has to be within Bluetooth range for it to sync with the panties in real time.
BlueMotion can also record ambient sound up to 60 seconds. This means a partner could record songs or say phrases such as "I love you" to create a unique vibrating pattern.
The product, which hits the market in March, is one size fits all.
