Is this the new planking? A new trend is taking Instagram and Facebook by storm and it is called "The Selfie Olympics".

Teenagers and 20 somethings are now hashtagging their way to infamy. The games have one goal and that is to take the most ridiculous, crazy selfie.

A Facebook page that popped up this morning has already garnered about 30,000 'likes', and if you search #SelfieOlympics on Instagram, you'll find over 20,000 photos.
