If it is right there, you are more likely to use it. Perhaps a crazy dancing session is more your style, or a relaxed bike ride? Experts suggest that you should get your heart rate up and moving for at least 30 minutes a day as a minimum. As well as taking the time to look after the physical body, it is important that we focus on taking time out for our minds too. Take time for yourself doing what you love--a quiet walk, reading a book, or active mindfulness such as yoga and meditation.
