We understand how sometimes your best fitness intentions fall flat when you have a really busy schedule. It's work, errands, your social life, and other obligations that overshadow your gym time, and you feel awfully guilty later.
But Alison Sweeney, host of The Biggest Loser, has the best attitude about this situation. She wrote on her
People.com blog this week:
“I know that when my week is incredibly crazed, I can’t beat myself up for only working out for 30 minutes a day but I can beat myself up if I choose not to work out at all or if I make bad nutritional choices.”
Sweeney's mantra is a good one to keep: Your days can get crazy, but if you choose to make the best decisions for yourself (like waking up earlier to workout), you can achieve your goals and feel so much better about yourself.
