(I think any Yahoo! account would work, not only the Korean ones)

Step One:
Upon entering the webpage, there is a purple rectangle box on your right.
Click the first option.

Step Two:
On your top right, click the option beside Home, and it should automatically load the male artistes.
(If it doesn’t, click the first option of the “mini” rectangle)

Step Three:
Vote for 동방신기 and click on the small white rectangle box.

Step Four:
Your vote has been cast. A pop-up will appear, and the numbers are the votes you cast and the remaining number that you have.
First number = Votes you cast
Second number = Remaining number of votes you have

Step Five:
Click on the purple rectangle, and it will bring you to TVXQ’s page which shows that you have successfully cast one vote.

To keep voting, you have to close the webpage and redo everything.
