Today in Kpop, we see news of 2 Kpop singers collapsing from exhaustion and flu.
First we have After School Raina collapsing from exhaustion and rushed to the hospital. This was according to the group’s company that she has collapsed after filming a year-end special performance at 8pm on 27th December.
It was said that the exhaustion is from preparing for the year-end special performances and carrying out the tight schedule. From the hospital side, it is said that there is no major health problems for Raina.
It has also been reported that singer Baek Ji Young has cancelled her concert performance with high fever, and whether refunds to the concert will be made is still in discussion.
She was set to hold ‘Baek Ji Young Dinner Party’ on 26th and 27th December. The first show on 26th was cancelled due to Baek having high fever. She was sent to the hospital for treatment, and went on stage to perform on 27th December, but because her health conditions have worsened, she was forced to stop the performance halfway that day.
Fortunately it has been confirmed that it is not a case of swine flu but Baek’s health condition is pretty bad. Dicussions are in the way if she will continue to hold concert performance again after she recovered.
