
YG entertainment has been surrounded with controversy when Big Bang and 2ne1 were not in the line up of the 2010 Dream Concert, controversy's say YG Entertainment is "boycotting" the dream concert.
Producers of the Dream Concert has announced the line up of idols ranging from 20 different groups for the upcoming dream concert in May 22 at the Sangam World Cup Stadium holding big artists such as Rain, Lee Hyori, Super Junior, SNSD, 2pm, Wonder Girls and many more.
But Big Bang and 2ne1 were announced to be not joining the Dream Concert, but YG speaks about this controversy.
YG said that Big Bang and 2ne1 didn't have any special activities for the first half of this year, G-Dragon will be participating as a special guest for Flo Rida's first concert in Korea on the 21'st and 22nd. YG said that , "We are in harmony with the music industry and we do not see a valid reason to boycott" he said in disappointment with these controversy's.
Meanwhile an official of the Dream Concert Association said, "YG's explanation for the reason of YG artist's absence is inconsistent"
