Super Junior's member Kim Heechul has taken over Radio Star's MC position for Shin Junghwan.

Kim Heechul participated in the taping of MBC Golden Fishery-Radio Star on December 1st as the official member to work with Kim Gookjin, Yoon Jongshin and Kim Goora.


Radio Star has been recently using temporary MCs to replace Shin Junghwan who quit after his controversy with overseas gambling. After competing with Kim Taewon, Moon Heejun and Tony An, Kim Heechul joined as the official MC.

A representative of Golden Fishery said, "alll four temporary MCs did well and we are thankful to them. Among them, Kim Heechul was the one who worked with the other MCs. We determined that as the maknae, he was the right person to lead Radio Star."

A rep added, "we think of other temporary MCs as Radio Star's family. We are thinking of doing a special with them."

Kim Heechul who joins Radio Star as the official MC appeared alongside Psy and Lee Juk on the show previously. He showed his great talking skills by creating a breath of fresh air in the show.

During December 1st taping, Kim heechul looked happy and confident as the official MC.

A representative of Golden Fishery said, "Kim Heechul especially works well with Kim Goora. He made everyone laugh by standing up to formidable Kim Goora."

The episode which features Kim Heechul will air sometime this month.
