Singer Kim Tae Woo revealed that if he were asked out by ‘Hot Trend’ IU, he would turn her down.
On the episode of KBS 2TV ‘100 Points’ which aired on the 22nd, upon hearing that IU chose him as her ideal type, Kim Tae Woo responded “I feel great. But she’s 12 years younger than me.”
At this, MC Park Kyung Lim asked “But what would you do if IU seriously said ‘Oppa, let’s date’?”, and Kim Tae Woo happily answered “Just thinking about it gives me goosebumps,” but remained stern by saying “I wouldn’t accept.”
Kim Tae Woo explained “It’s not that I would outright reject her, but I would politely decline by saying ‘I would like to keep meeting you, as a fellow musician’,” expressing that he was willing to maintain a senior-junior relationship with IU.
