Korean idol Jo Kwon of ballad group 2AM has suffered a slight injury to his leg while performing at a concert over the weekend.
"Jo Kwon fell off the stage during the group's performance of G.O.D's song 'One Candle' at the 10th annual Lotte Department Store's Family Concert held on March 26," an official from Big Hit Entertainment told 10Asia over the phone on Monday.
She further explained that he underwent thorough examination at the hospital and was advised by doctors to rest. "He has been able to continue with his activities as the host for SBS' 'Inkigayo' and other than that he has been resting."
Jo Kwon made his debut as the leader of the four-member ballad group 2AM in 2008. They released their first full-length album “Saint o’clock” and held their first-ever solo concert last year.
Outside of his group activities, Jo Kwon has made many appearances on various entertainment programs and is currently starring in MBC's daily sitcom "All My Love."
