I'll start with Junsu. Junsu's good point is that his voice is beautiful. Since his voice is so beautiful it's easy to listen to his songs. His bad point...is that his voice is beautiful. Even men are charmed by it.

Next is Nichkhun. Nichkhun's good point is that he is gentlemanly and handsome, and he attracts women. His bad point is the same, meaning women misunderstand how he is charming towards them.
