The fact that group JYJ’s member Kim Jaejoong received a treatment for an infection has become known.Kim Jaejoong participated in the Asian Dream Cup which was a charity soccer game that was held in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, in mid-June. He was bitten by a harmful insect on his right arm. Kim Jaejoong who did not think too much of it did not receive special treatment and left it alone and thus made the illness greater.
The agency’s affiliate revealed: “He was bitten while he was waiting to go on the performance for Vietnam. At that time he had sweated a lot and the itch was severe and so he kept scratching, and so the hurt/wound became deep.”
Kim Jaejong, after returning to Korea, visited a hospital, though it was late. But the degree of infection had been severe and so the infection on his right arm had become wide in scope. The affiliate added: “When one has an infection they need to stay away from alcohol. At the time, after the performance finished, there was a group get-together. Because of being unaware of the seriousness of the situation, it seems that the injury was deepened.”
Right now Kim Jaejoong has finished treatment but on his arm still remains scars. Kim Jaejoong’s affiliate explained: “In two places formed large scars. It seems that the infection also is remaining a bit. The treatment for the scars needed to be received again in the future.”
Kim Jaejoong has been chosen as the lead for the new SBS Wed-Thursday drama Protect the Boss and thus currently is immersing himself in filming.
