SJ Kim Heechul completed his 4 weeks worth of basic military training and finished his first day as public service personnel.

In the morning of September 30th, Kim Heechul appeared at Seoul Seongdong District for his first assignment in black jacket and jeans with hat and quickly moved to avoid the press.

Last September 29, he was released from Chungnam Nonsan Army Training Camp and would spent the next 23 months to serve in Seongdong-gu District as public service personnel.
