We reported earlier that 2NE1's member Park Bom is suffering from severe flu and might not able to perform live for the 2011 Mnet Asian Music Awards. YG Entertaiment further explained that if Bom's condition did not improve, 2NE1 will have no choice but to use the AR version of the song and she would lip sync her parts.
However, on the morning of November 28th, Bom made an announcement through her Twitter. She wrote, "Bom’s voice might still be a bit husky, but she will be singing live!~~~~~*^____^*". Assuring that she's fine, she continued, "Don’t worry! I’m taking my meds and eating and resting well for tomorrow! Fighting!! Fighting yayaya!!!!!"
With this announcement, it appears that Bom will be singing live for the 2011 MAMA. Fans who have read her message cheered her, "I believe you will do well. We don’t’ have to worry right?", "I hope you get better" and "I believe that you will give your best performance"
