On December 13, IU was the main guest on KBS “Win Win,” and talked about her childhood, upbringing, and education. During the show, miss A’s Suzy and actress Yoo In Na made a special guest appearance, without telling IU in advance, and talked about their friendship and what they do during their downtime.

As Suzy and Yoo In Na made way on stage, IU seemed super shocked as she reacted in surprise to the two special guests’ appearance. “Oh no, I really didn’t expect Yoo In Na to come out. But Suzy, I kept asking her the last few days if she was the secret guest for the show. But Suzy said she wouldn’t be making it because she was in China (It turns out she returned on the day of the recording).”

The hosts started asking about their friendship, and Suzy said, “We appeared in the same drama, ‘Dream High.’ But back then, we weren’t that close. It was kind of awkward at the beginning. But on IU’s birthday, I called her and sang her happy birthday.” IU added, “She called me at freakin’ 4AM! But before then, we were just not interested in each other.”

When asked what they do when they meet outside, IU said, “We do meet quite often. We usually meet in front of Suzy’s dorm, and go to the playground and get on a swing.”

Suzy added, “We usually just meet first, and then plan for what to do. And then IU would just call the cab and push me in. After we get on the cab, we start thinking, ‘Where should we go?’” IU said they usually just get on the cab and tell the driver to go straight without a specific destination!

Yoo In Na said she often plays “Go-Stop” with IU. They just learned how to play the traditional Korean card game recently and play it at restaurants, while eating pasta or ice cream. IU is usually the one that wants to play more, but Yoo In Na insists on going home early.

Yoo In Na was asked if IU ever talks about guys. “She never really does. I don’t think she wants to meet anyone either. She enjoys work and is happy with her life now.”
