This 2012, Mnet has acquired the franchise of the hit international show "The Voice" and this will be their new audition program and on the 10th of January, mnet has released information on who are the permanent judges for the show. Among the judges are veteran singers Baek Ji Young, Shin Seung Hun, Gil and Kangta.

These veterans will be coaching the auditioners through out the show and will be giving their critics on the musical ability and personality of those who will be joining.

"The voice of Korea" is a korean version of the voice which started out in Netherlands in 2010 which was followed by America and became an instant hit show. The format of the show is that a person will audition while the judges are turning their backs to the stage and will only hear the voice of the auditioner.
