Actress Chae Min-seo (31) caused a car accident in Kangnam, Seoul.

The Kangnam Police announced that Chae's Mercedez Benz ran into a car that was parking in a residential district in Cheongdam-dong at 10:25 AM in the morning on January 30th. She turned out to be intoxicated, with a blood-alcohol level of 0.081%, and it seems like she won't be able to avoid getting her license suspended.
