Actress Park Shin Hye, who has built strong fan bases across Asia with her dramas, "You’re Beautiful" and "Heartstrings", is set to celebrate her 23rd birthday with her fans.

According to her agency, 4HIM Entertainment, Park Shin Hye will be holding a private birthday party celebration along with her official fan club, ‘Starlight Angel’ members which will take place on February 18th in Seoul.

"Park is really ecstatic that she gets to celebrate her special day with her fans", an official stated, adding that Park has also prepared number of events for them.

Park Shin Hye will also hold a solo fan meeting in Japan. Under the title ‘City of Angel’, the event will take place in a 2,000-capacity stadium, Zepp Tokyo in Odaiba of Tokyo on February 24th.

A representative from her Japanese agency, IMX, explained, "It is rare for an actress to have this large of a solo fan meeting. Park Shin Hye possesses a doll-like appearance and strong acting abilities. We feel that she is acknowledged for being a great actress and the people in Japan like her appearance as well."
