On March 3, cable channel’s “Weekly Idol” segment “Real Chart! Idol Self Ranking” revealed the best 3 idols that could appear in the idol version of “Moon that Embraces the Sun.”

JYJ's Park Yoochun earned the most votes to play the role of Lee Hwon, followed by Jung Yonghwa from CN Blue and Kim Hyun Joong. While MBLAQ’s Lee Joon, BEAST’s Yoon Doojoon and Infinite’s L were voted as the top 3 for the role of Prince Yang Myung.

For the role of Wol, Prince Yang Myung and Lee Hwon’s love interest, the actress that got the most votes was miss A’s Suzy. During the episode, Suzy expressed her feelings on the voting saying, “I feel really great. Please also show a lot of love for miss A’s new song ‘Touch.’”
