[NEWS] Park Min Young confirmed for ‘Time Slip Dr. Jin’

We reported earlier that actress Park Min Young has been offered the female leading role for the upcoming MBC manga-based drama “Time Slip Dr. Jin.” On April 19th, MBC confirmed that the actress has taken on the role.
Park Min Young will be playing the role of an internal medicine doctor and the sister of Jin Hyuk (Song Seung Hun) named Yoo Mina. She will also play the maiden Hong Young Rae in the Chosun times.
Director Han Heui said, “I think Park Min Young is the most suitable actress for these roles as she has been through various types of genres from modern to historical. Her continuous work has bought her reputation and I feel she should do well in this drama too.”
“Time Slip Dr. Jin” is based on a Japanese original about the best internal medicine doctor Jin Hyuk (Song Seung Hun) traveling back to the 1860s to perform his medical abilities.
Meanwhile, “Time Slip Dr. Jin” also casts Song Seung Hun, JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong, Lee Bum Soo and more and will be broadcasted after “Feast of the Gods” on the 26th of May.
