Core Contents Media’s soon-to-debut girl group, Gang Kids, has reportedly turned down an 800 million Won offer to participate in a photoshoot for a magazine.

A representative from the agency stated, “After seeing the members’ Italy photos, endorsers praised their slim figures and offered an 800 million Won modeling contract. However, the members rejected the offer.”

Gang Kids explained, “We turned down the offer because we didn’t like that the general public would believe that we will be releasing songs with a sexy concept. We want to be judged by our music. We want to focus on our music to show a better performance for our fans.”

Meanwhile, Gang Kids, comprised of actresses Hwang Jihyun, Choi Sooeun, Lee Haein, supermodel Kim Hyeji and Somin, Eunbyul and Esther, will debut in May. The group recently traveled along with T-ara across Europe in Italy, Austria and Switzerland to film their music video.
