2012.07.10
On the 8th of July, 2ne1 had their much awaited comeback stage at SBS "Inkigayo" and their stage was nothing but spectacular and one of a kind. The girls performed an intro and their new single "I Love You", However not all was good with their comeback stage as some viewers felt that it was animal cruelty when they used a live parrot which was perched on CL on their intro performance.
Due to this, YG Entertainment issued their apology and said, "We are sorry for causing discomfort to our viewers for using live animal's on 2ne1's comeback stage. Before the performance, we consulted animal trainers and experts and went on with the performance with their permission and guidance. We were thinking of giving a good performance but we are sorry for causing worries and discomfort to our viewers. We will be more careful in the future."
What do you think? Was it animal cruelty or are some just blowing it out of proportions?
