Following the success of his viral hit single Gangnam Style, Psy has set new record by becoming the highest charting Korean artist on the American iTunes Top 100 chart.

On August 28, Psy’s title song from his 6th full-length album, “Gangnam Style,” ranked 44th on the U.S. itunes TOP 100 chart. It is the highest placed song from a Korean singer or group, adding another record to his recent long list of achievements. It went up 8 places after it had latched on to the 52nd spot just two days ago.

In addition, Psy’s music video, which listed as #1 on the YouTube Top 100 Chart, is continuing to rack up views blowing past the 65 million view mark as of August 28 KST.
