Girl group KARA and Se7en have placed well on the Oricon charts, both ranking within the top 10 at the same time.

According to the most recent rankings of Oricon, KARA’s special solo collection album ‘KARA COLLECTION’ which was released in Japan on September 5th, sold 18,101 copies on its first day, seizing the #3 position on the Oricon’s Daily Album chart.

On the same day, Se7en released best album in Japan titled, “SE7EN THE BEST”. The album, which includes some of his biggest hits in Korea and Japan from the past decade, secured the 8th spot on the same chart.
