FT Island’s Hongki steps down from MC post on ‘M! Countdown’

It has been revealed that FT Island’s Lee Hongki is taking off from Mnet’s ‘M! Countdown’.
On December 14, FNC Entertainment announced, “The production team asked Lee Hong Ki to come back after two weeks, but he is not able to host the show anymore because of his busy schedule.”
It is said that Lee Hongki is currently shooting movie ‘Phoenix’, and also preparing for FT Island’s Asia tour and Japan promotion. He seriously considered staying in the program because of staffs’ strong requests, but he could not find a way to fit it in the schedule.
