2AM’s Jo Kwon will be making his musical debut and he transformed into his character in new posters for upcoming ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ musical.

On March 13, Jo Kwon posted two posters on his Twitter and wrote, “‘Jesus Christ Superstar’, Herod!!!!!”, piquing the interest of the public.

‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ is one of the most famous works by Andrew Lloyd Weber, and it was first presented back in 1971. Jo Kwon will play the role of Herod, who keeps focusing on seeking his own pleasure, and ignorant about citizens’ well-being.
