After School has always been about performance, and behind their perfect choreography for “First Love” comeback, they have been suffering from serious injuries.

Recently, a member of the dance team for After School shared photo of After School’s injuries sustained during practice. The photo revealed the bandaged hands as well as sore and bruised legs of the members.

Pole dancing is not as easy as they made it look, as After School members are literally throwing themselves into practice to give their fans a great performance.
