It has been revealed that JYJ members Kim Junsu and Kim Jaejoong will be enlisting in the military later this year.

According to multiple sources, the two singers are currently deciding on a date ahead of their military enlistment. In Jaejoong case, he has already received multiple military draft notices, but he requested for a deferment of military enlistment due to long period of overseas promotions.

A representative of the industry stated, “It has become difficult for him to push back his enlistment any further. He is currently deciding on an enlistment date with his agency due to his scheduled activities but he plans to enlist at the end of this year, or earlier next year at the latest.”

On the other hand, Junsu, who received a second grade active duty designation, is also in discussions about his enlistment date. And with the current controversy surrounding celebrity soldiers, Junsu is said to be planning on enlisting as a regular solider.
