Korean actor, singer and MC Lee Seung Gi wraps up “The Brilliant Show 2013” in Singaporeon the 7th September (Saturday). He starts off the show by singing “Will You Marry Me” followed by the interviews which mainly talks about his newest drama – Gu Family Book. Picking out some of the scenes from the drama, those scenes were separated into 3 different categories which then shows the 3 different type of Choi Kang Chi (character acted by Lee Seung Gi). The sexy Kang Chi, the romantic and the beastly.
During the interview, he was being asked about his plans which he assures fans that he will be back on the variety scene this year and also would like to take a break from action drama as it is quite tiring.
Since they are talking about “Gu Family Book” of course he would have to find a Dam Yeo Wool in Singapore. By doing so, he would have to randomly choose 10 lucky audiences up to the stage and the winner would be crowned as the Singapore Dam Yeo Wool. In order to become the Singapore Dam Yeo Wool, fans have to go through a few rounds of competition. First would be the squatting game whereby fans have to squat up and down while balancing themselves with one foot off ground if not they would be eliminated. Apparently, it looks quite easy as not much people were eliminated thus he decided to do something slightly trickier to make it more interesting. Moving on to the palm pushing game, the limbo dance which continue to eliminate more participants and at the last round, there were only 2 participants left on stage. The last round is whereby the 2 of them would have to give a reason why Lee Seung Gi have to choose them as the Singapore Dam Yeo Wool. The winner was then chosen when she confess and said “ I like the beast in you”.
Having to change into another set of clothes, he came out and played the last game, the hula hoop game whereby contestants would have to go through the hoop without letting go each other’s hand. If the hoop were to lend on the person, the person would be eliminated. 8 lucky audiences were then being invited up stage to play the game with Lee Seung Gi where they would be able to link their hands together. At a point of time, the hoop landed on him and as a punishment, he would have to unbutton the top button on his shirt and leave it open till the end of the whole show.
At the end of the game, Lee Seung Gi was being invited to the back stage to prepare for his mini “concert” later. While he is preparing, Airen (his fans) prepared a short video clip thanking him and nonetheless, he also have a video of his interview in Hawaii.
