YG Entertainment's CEO Yang Hyun Suk sympathizes to the parents of the students died in the sunken ferry tragedy and donates 500 million won.
YG's representative said, "Yang Hyun Suk is donating 500 million won to support the victims of the Sewol accident." He added, that Yang Hyun Suk held an emergency meeting with executives on April 24 and told them "I've shared the grief and pain of the parents who are raising their children as I monitor the news about the ferry accident. I believe that there's no other thing in this world that would comfort the parents who have lost their child."
The YG's CEO requested that the donation reaches the families of the victims.
