Hospitalized for minor internal bleeding, Seungri is not going to be present at the "YG Family 2014 World Tour: Power in Singapore" that will take place on September 13 and 14.

Seungri is involved in a car accident this morning for crashing into a Benz that caused his car to overturn. YG stated that even though results of diagnosis found no serious injuries, Seungri can recover quickly if simple medical treatments are given for one week.

Furthermore, officials say, "For his health to be fully restored, he won't perform in Singapore. Therefore,  four members of Big Bang are performing on stage."
