Akdong Musician's Lee Chan Hyuk has received an award from '2014 Korea's Talent'.
On December 30th at 3pm kst, Akdong Musician attended '2014 Korea's Talent' award ceremony in which Lee Chan Hyuk has been rewarded with an award along with the other winners. Lee Soo Hyun also presented at the ceremony and performed together with her brother to commemorate his win.
'Korea's Talent' is an award which first began in 2001 by the Korean Ministry of Education and the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity , in order to encourage the talents that will lead the future development of Korea.
According to the organizers, Lee Chan Hyul received the award thanks to his musical talent that has bring in a fresh air to the monotonous music market with his unique melodies and genuine lyrics.
Following their win from SBS's 'K-Pop Star 3' in 2013, Akdong Musician made their debut with the first album 'Play' in April under YG Entertainment, and has captured the hearts of many people with their refreshing music.
Meanwhile Akdong Musician is on their national tour 'AkMu Camp' and will hold a concert in Busan on December 31st.
