2PM's Taecyeon has been confirmed for upcoming KBS's drama 'Assembly'.
He will take the role of Kim Kyu Hwan, a student who is preparing to take the civial servant exam. In order to become a policeman, he studies in the library during the day and works as a substitute driver by night for three years.
This will be his return to the small screen after one year since KBS's 'Wonderful Days' in August last year.
Taecyeon said,"I personally enjoyed 'Jeong Do Jeon' a lot. I wanted to work with a writer with that capability so I took the challenge when the opportunity came. I will do my best to portray the character's youth, concern, pain and love that represents people in their 20s in order to not cause any hindrance to a well-made drama".
'Assembly' will broadcast on June 15th at 10PM KST.
