The Kawasaki J Concept made its debut at the Tokyo Motor Show. The concept bike is a shape shifting two wheeler and a one wider one at the back.

The front fork can pivot a low slung high speed position to a more upright stance. It was designed to suit different styles and moods.

The bike has no handlebars or a steering wheel, but you can steer it by turning two individual handles that in turn angle the wheels to change direction.
