Mazda CX-5 Automatic Braking Fails During a Test Drive

In an unusual test drive, a Mazda CX-5 crashed after its autonomous braking system failed, sending the car into a fence and injuring driver and dealership representative.
Mazda quickly responded and acknowledged the incident, putting out a press release with all of the currently available details as well as their “sincere apologies.”
