Ferrari's latest is the 458 Speciale. It seems that the only thing Ferrari is lacking these days is a cooler naming convention. The car is a more hardcore version of Ferrari's mid-engined sports car.
The 458 Speciale will be more different than the 458 Italia and will feature a high-performance 4.5-liter V8 engine developing 597hp (605PS) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque at 6,000 rpm. The upgraded engine features an impressive ratio of 135 hp/liter.
The sprint from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) takes 3 seconds, from zero to 200 km/h (124 mph) 9.1 seconds. Top speed is 325km.h,
Ferrari says the 458 Speciale has an “extraordinary aerodynamic efficiency”, with the aerodynamic coefficient of at 1.5 being the highest in Ferrari production car history. Drag coefficient is 0.35, while the downforce value is 0.53.
