Peugeot Shwos Off 266HP 308 R Concept's First Photos

Peugeot is proposing an offering on the upside of 250hp for a hot hatch with their 308 R concept. It utilizes the powertrain from the RCZ R concept and the 1.6-liter turbocharged unit makes 266 hp (270PS) and 330 Nm / 243 lb-ft and drives the front wheels through a six-speed manual gearbox and a traction-enhancing limited-slip differential.
The car is lower and wider and sits on the large RCZ R sourced 19 inch rims. The back is more pronounced with haunches more visible.
The car will be pretty much move into production as you see it, but perhaps not quite like the paint job above. Set to debut at Frankfurt.
