Here's a truck that can vertically take off and land. It was tasked by an aerospace company based in El Segundo, where they “specialize in research and development of next-generation military and civil vehicle technologies.”
The truck is called the Black Knight Transformer. They demonstrated that the vehicle was able to lift off the ground up to a height of 10 ft and was able to carry up to 2,000 kg. It can reach a maximum ground driving speed of 112km/h and can be flown as high as 10,000 ft. Watch it in the video below:
