Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) is set to unveil seven new Alfa Romeo models to increase the sales of the Italian brand. The automaker is planning to launch a convertible Spider by 2016, followed by a sedan and wagon versions of the Giulia and Alfetta models in 2017 and 2018.
The Giulia sedan will compete with BMW’s 3-Series, and the Alfetta will be a rival for the BMW 5-Series.
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is targeting sales of at least 500,000 vehicles a year, up from around 100,000 units in 2013.
