Kahn is making a pretty big statement. They claim their modded 495hp Defender dubbed "Chelsea Longnose" is "probably the fastest Land Rover on the planet".

The 'Chelsea Longnose' gets its name from the extended wheelbase and engine bay, while Kahn also added a new front bumper with integral LED lamps and sump guard, wide wheel arches housing a choice of 16-, 18- or 20-inch wheels, crosshair headlamps and a new X-Lander Grille.

There will only be 49 UK examples of the Chelsea Longnose, with initial production to be based on the Defender 90, but it is considering a 110-derived variant as well. The base version carries a price of £89,950 (US$148,000 / €108,500).
