Chinese tennis star Li Na might have been lauded around the world for her hilariously blunt speech at the 2014 Australian Open tennis tournament in Melbourne, but don't expect her to always be so smiley.
The above pic shows a much more somber looking Li Na receiving a check for 800,000 yuan (roughly about $132,000) from Hubei Communist Party chief Li Hongzhong.
So why the long face? For one thing, the amount is chump change for this 31-year-old who is already estimated to be worth $40 million after winning the Australian Open recently.
