From holiday feasts to leftovers, it's easy to eat a lot more than what your body is used to or needs in the first place.  According to the folks at the Greatist, 3000 calories is equivalent to 30 slices of white bread, 14 slices of Domino's pizza 15 Krispy Kreme donuts and so on. Imagine how unbelievably painful it would be stomach that many pizza, wings or white bread in just one sitting!
