There's a massive portrait of a girl located on an 11-acre site in Belfast in Northern Ireland, which is a project from artist Jorge Rodríguez-Gerada made using sand, soil, grass, and stones.



The portrait was made over the course of one month by a team of volunteers. To complete this 'Wish' project, the team had to use 2,000 tons of soil, 2,000 tons of sand, and 30,000 wooden stakes.

The final product was unveiled back in October during the Belfast Festival, and will be on display until December 2013.  View the entire process in the clip below:
