Lakeisha Shurn found herself in a depressive vicious cycle of over eating and self-loathing. Thankfully, that didn't last too long. She was inspired to restart her life again and she set out to make a video workout diary over 100 days.

Shurn dropepd four dress sizes and lost 18 pounds in four months.

She didn't stop after 100 days. She kept on going, and now, after a year, she's lost 51 pounds and is still pushing on.
