Get ready to feel very stupid for spending all that money on a new pair of Lululemon yoga pants, as yogis in New York City are now scrambling to sign up for co-ed naked yoga classes. NAKED! CO-ED! WTF!

The Bold & Naked studio started out strictly for dudes, but now they're ready to introduce ladies into the mix. Participants in the classes will be prohibited from wearing a single article of clothing during instruction.

The classes are supposed to just provide students with a new way to focus on celebrating their bodies, and is not intended to be sexually evocative.  Touching other participants is okay, but only if its non-sexual in nature. Here's an explanation from the official website:
"[on naked yoga]... frees you from negative feelings about your body and allows to to be more accepting and deeper connected with yourself and the world around you."

"Sometimes teachers will incorporate partner work into their classes that involves touching and body contact between members," the website says. "However, this is not to be 'sexual touching' and should any contact of sexual nature occur, it will not be tolerated and will result in the offending member being asked to leave."
So ladies, would you be willing to give this a shot or is the idea of doing downward dog completely naked on a sweaty, germ-infested mat just something you'd rather not think about? Feel free to share us your thoughts below.
