It's not enough these days to spend almost all your life savings just to get hitched. According to this post on the The New York Times Weddings section, the latest trend among brides-to-be involves having more than just one crazy bachelorette party.

These parties tend to last for days on end, and can ultimately get pretty expensive for the friends who are invited. One attendee admits that she ended up spending $4,000 for four nights of partying Miami... "And that was after [the fiancé] paid for one night for everyone at the W hotel, which lowered the price."
