John McAfee is back to work after that whole debacle of him being on the run from an investigation for the shooting death of his neighbor in South America. Now he wants to create a gadget that can block the NSA from accessing your information.

Dubbed "D-Central", and as reported by The Verge — McAfee detailed how he aims to build a $100 device that works with smartphones and other devices. The device would block access to personal data and could work on a small private network that others won't be able to infiltrate.

The device would cover a distance about three blocks long, and while its not even a prototype yet, McAfee said it should be done in six months.

"We have the design in place, we're looking for partners for development of the hardware," he added.
