LG has revealed its curved, flexible screened smartphone on its website. It is now in production and will go on sale in Asia later this month.

The South Korean ZDNet site explains that sources within LG have told it that the Z will be a high-end Android handset with a flexible display. The screen will be mounted into its plastic shell, so you're not going to be bending and breaking stuff anytime soon just yet.

The phone will be curved, and sources claim that the curve will make the handset better for gaming and movie watching. Sources also claim the phone will be similar to the LG G2, powered along by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.
