Lamborghini released the first photos of the open top version of its limited run Veneno supercar via the UK's Top Gear magazine.

That's the main difference with the "regular" Veneno Coupe, with both versions based on the internals of the Aventador sharing the same 740hp (750PS) 6.5-liter V12 engine paired to a sequential manual gearbox and permanent all-wheel-drive.

While Lamborghini offered only three examples of the Veneno coupe for sale, it will produce nine Veneno Roadsters, each priced at around £3.3 million, which comes to US$5.3 million and €3.9 million.
